At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of cut-to-order fabrics, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all materials are inspected before use, as processed or cut fabric cannot be returned for a refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
